Avoid Burnout On The Way To Your BJJ Black Belt

Quite a few chronically overtrained BJJ athletes arrive my way with burnout, and to leading it all off, they are disappointed because they cannot reduce weight even with all the coaching.

 

In the culture of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, it is encouraged for the athletes to train additional and far more. Athletes are training Jiu-Jitsu every night, lifting weights each and every early morning or vice versa, and accomplishing two periods a day at least five to 6 times a 7 days.
