Comfort and ease and convenience has made it much more difficult than ever to be mentally and bodily healthy.

Not too long ago, I found I had a poor behavior of pulling out my phone each individual time I used the bathroom. It was automatic. I’d head to the urinal, purpose, and scroll. Just after virtually dropping my phone into the bowl one working day, I made a decision that this habit was a problem.

 

So, I designed a rule: No searching at my phone even though in the rest room.
